We are by appointment only.

Please be on-time for your appointment to receive the maximum benefit from your service. We recommend that you schedule your next appointment before leaving to ensure your choice of preferred time.

Payments

Major credit cards, cash or personal checks are accepted. We also accept mobile payments on Apple and Google Pay.

Any returned check will be subject to a $20.00 service charge.

Gratuities are appreciated and left to the discretion of our clients

Refund  Policy

Non-Refundable Deposits Online. The deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation by the client for any reason.
All products purchased online cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

At My Skin Care Cane Electrolysis Your appointments are very important to us. We request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or a no-show for your appointment may result in a late cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled service, and a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled service, as specified by our policy. By scheduling, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy. As a courtesy, we offer one complimentary 15-minute consultation to all clients. Please note that if you arrive for a scheduled treatment appointment and decide not to proceed with any services, a minimum charge of $50 will be applied as this will be considered a cancellation.

Late Arrivals

We have reserved the appropriate amount of time for your services. We ask that you please arrive on time for your appointment so you can fully enjoy your experience. Arrivals more than 15 minutes after scheduled appointment time may be asked to reschedule.

In the event of bad weather, please call in advance to verify the office hours for that day.

Messages

We do not answer the phone when working on clients. We utilize a phone messaging system, and we return calls frequently throughout the day.

Please leave a message and a number where you can be reached. Occasionally, messages get lost in the system so if you have not received an expected callback, please be sure to call again.

CHILDREN AND UNDERAGE POLICY:


Individuals 16 or younger are NOT allowed in our facility unless they receive a service.

Please refrain from bringing children into the skin care office:
A. Our rooms contain fragile equipment and supplies, and our practitioners can not perform services safely while a child is in the room without direct supervision.

If you are receiving a service, you can not provide the necessary supervision. This is for your child's safety as well as your liability.


B. We offer a range of services, but many of our clients enter the skin care office to relax.

To maintain a quiet environment for those in the reception area and in-service, we ask that you leave all children under the age of 16 at home

when you come to receive a service.

CHILDREN: Children under the age of 16 are only permitted in spa service areas if they are receiving services and are accompanied by an adult.
